About

Daniela Rodriguez was born in Cuba and grew up in Miami, FL. She recently made Fort Myers her new home in July 2025. She joined Cavanaugh and Cavanaugh as a Legal Assistant shortly after graduating from Florida International University with a bachelor's degree in political science in May 2025. While in Miami, Daniela worked in the hospitality field, gaining experience in providing a client-focused approach. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she hopes to be able to bring clear communication to every client interaction.

With a background in hospitality, she is passionate about helping clients feel supported throughout their case process. Daniela plans on continuing her education and seeking further advancement in the legal field by attending law school in the future.

A fun fact about Daniela, she enjoys spending afternoons walking her dogs, Jack and Ricky, an Australian Shepard and Toy Poodle. She also loves coffee and likes to explore local coffee shops in the area. One of her goals is to travel all over the world and experience different cultures.
