Dianna M. Demers, Paralegal

Dianna earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Hartford in Organizational Leadership and Legal Studies, Summa cum Laude. She has worked as a paralegal for many years for both corporations and prominent law firms in the areas of corporate and real estate law, where she was responsible for the formation and dissolution of entities, coordination of large commercial real estate transactions, and management of all areas of corporate governance, as well as providing support with the practice of litigation with a focus on insurance defense.
